Jewelry Warranty

Alladdyn provides a limited 90-day craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers confirmed structural or workmanship issues arising during normal, careful wear, including unexpected loosening of the wirework or failure of a handmade connection.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, natural oxidation or patina, scratches, bending, impact, accidental damage, exposure to water or chemicals, improper care, loss, or repairs and alterations carried out by another person.

Photographs and proof of purchase may be required before a warranty request can be assessed.
